information in the HP SAR (Opsware OMDB) with the
Remedy ITIL Helpdesk and Change tickets into a single
view of configuration, change and incident information.
Seamless' connector loads the data (including differential)
from the HP SAR (Opsware OMDB) into the BMC Atrium
CMDB, and then reconciles the data into the production
Atrium CMDB dataset. This bridge is typically sold
in addition to the RBA process automation tool.
